CHECK-IN


Check-In 4:00 p.m. Please contact the Front Office to make special arrangements for arrivals after Office Hours.

  • There is a $100 refundable security deposit (VISA or MasterCard) required at check-in for Guests of Owners and Exchange Guests.    

  • Guests of Owners must have a Confirmation Transfer on file prior to arrival. 

  • Exchange Guests are required to present their Exchange Company Confirmation at check-in. 

  • If you are sending a guest, you must have a Guest Certificate from your Exchange Company.  

  • Sorry, no pets except for Registered Service Animals.  ESA may not be allowed without prior authorization and special accommodations. If you have any questions, please contact the Front Office.  

  • If you require handicap equipment, a roll-away bed or need a dock space, please contact us prior to arrival.  Boat dock space is limited and subject to availability. 

 

RESERVATIONS


Owners must make arrangements for their vacation week whether coming to Harbortown Point Marina Resort or using the services of an exchange company.   

  • Your reservation request must be in writing.  

  • Reservations may be requested up to 14 months prior to your desired arrival date.   

  • The annual assessments need to be paid in full.

  • Will you be requesting exchange with Interval International (“II”), RCI or an Independent Exchange company?    

  • If you are working with RCI or II, you can provide us with your Member No. and we will make the deposit for you. You do not need to select a date or room number.  

  • If you want to make your deposit directly with the exchange company, make your deposit as soon as you receive your written confirmation from us. Your deposit may not be accepted less than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date.  

 

OWNER ON-SITE RESERVATIONS

Complete the Reservation Request Form online by visiting our "Make My Reservation" page or download the form here (PDF) and submit via mail, e-mail or fax.

  • Select a full week stay or a Split Week Stay. An Annual Calendar is available to assist you selecting a desired week within your Season.  

  • Let us know if you have a room or view preference. View rooms are assigned on a first come, first served basis at the time the reservation is made. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request.  

  • Select a Friday, Saturday or Sunday check-in date. Refer to the Property Layout (PDF) for Check-In Days and Room Availability.  

  • If you are an Islander Owner, are you planning to lock-off your Unit with II or RC

 

Make certain you receive a written confirmation from the Exchange Company within two weeks after making your deposit.

Do not assume everything is as it should be! 

Do not deposit your Vacation Week with more than one Exchange Company.

A rescheduling fee may apply. If you need to cancel your reservation less than fifteen (15) days prior to your scheduled arrival, you may not be able to reschedule.  

If you plan to send a family member or friend to check-in for your vacation week, you must complete a Confirmation Transfer.
